When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-order items ship on or around the release date specified on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once the final pre-order item is available.
What is your return policy for vinyl and media?
Unopened vinyl, CDs, and cassettes can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If your media arrives damaged or skips due to a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team with a video of the issue for a replacement.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as the order may have already moved to our fulfillment center.
